Keeping fit

I've finally gained the courage and the motivation to be able to go to the gym!
I went yesterday morning with my best friend and I really enjoyed it! I signed up and I'm going to start going at least twice a week! After I went yesterday I felt so good about myself even though it was my first ever time at the gym I just felt good knowing that I'd actually done something about my weight. 
I'm aiming to get down from the 11 stone that I am to maybe 9 stone or even 8 but I'll just see how it goes for now and see if I can drop a dress size :) 
I'm also going to start eating healthier and cut down on my smoking, I'm hoping that in a months time I will have lost half a stone. I'll keep updating on my weight loss and ill start posting some photos.
